Flying local

We don't just film the action.
We fly through it.

FPV drone footage for Colorado Springs businesses that want their social feed to look like nothing else in their industry. Threaded through doorways, low over parking lots, inches off the ground at 40 mph — footage a static camera can't touch.

FAA Part 107

Certified, insured, and based in Colorado Springs — every flight is planned, scouted, and flown within federal airspace rules before the props ever spin up.

01

Footage nobody else in your industry has

FPV drones thread through gaps, dive under archways, and hold a line inches off the ground — the same speed and proximity as a person moving through your space, not a camera hovering above it. That's the shot that makes someone stop scrolling.

02

Built for social, not just a showreel

Every flight is shot and cut for how your customers actually watch — vertical for Reels, Stories and TikTok, horizontal for YouTube and your website. No re-cropping required.

03

Local, licensed, and fast to book

Part 107 certified and based right here — no travel fees, no waiting on an out-of-state crew, and a pilot who already knows the light and the angles around Colorado Springs.

“We posted the flythrough on a Tuesday and it outperformed every listing video we'd ever run — by a wide margin.”

Flown by a pilot, not a production company

Springs FPV is one person: the one flying, the one editing, and the one you'll actually talk to. I got into FPV chasing the feeling of flying through a gap that felt too small — now I point that same style at Colorado Springs businesses.

4

You get edited footage

Delivered cut for social and ready to post, usually within 3–5 business days.

Common questions

Yes. All flights are conducted under an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, following airspace rules for the Colorado Springs area. If your location sits inside controlled airspace near the airport or Peterson Space Force Base, that authorization gets handled before we ever take off.

Closer than most drone operators are comfortable with — that's the point of FPV. Every location gets scouted first, so the proximity is planned and deliberate, not improvised.

Wind and Colorado's fast-changing weather are part of flying here. If conditions aren't safe or the light isn't right, we reschedule at no extra cost — better than footage you're not excited to post.

Most small business shoots run 60–90 minutes on site. Multiple shots and angles get batched into one flight window, so you're not paying for setup time twice.

Raw and color-graded clips, cut both vertically (Reels, TikTok, Stories) and horizontally (YouTube, your website), typically delivered within 3–5 business days, with full rights to use however you like.

A quick verbal or written okay from you (or your landlord/property manager) before flying — and liability insurance is carried on every job, so you're covered too.

About

The pilot behind the lens.

Drone flying low over a landscape near Colorado Springs

I got into FPV the way most pilots do — chasing the feeling of flying through a gap that looked too small, at a speed that felt too fast, and coming out the other side. Somewhere between building my first quad in a Colorado Springs garage and logging hundreds of hours in the goggles, I realized this hobby had turned into a better camera than any camera I'd used before.

Static drone shots are everywhere now — a slow orbit, a rise over the treeline, the same wide shot every listing video uses. FPV moves differently. It moves like a person moving, just faster and freer: through a doorway, along a fence line, low over a parking lot at 40 mph, landing right on the sign out front. That's the footage that makes someone stop scrolling.

Springs FPV exists because Colorado Springs has more great small businesses than it has big-budget video crews. I wanted to bring that same cinematic, adrenaline-charged style of footage to the restaurants, gyms, shops, and contractors who make this city what it is — without the Hollywood price tag.

Mission

Give local Colorado Springs businesses footage that used to be reserved for national brands.

Fast, affordable, and shot by a pilot who actually knows the terrain — the light on Pikes Peak, the wind through Garden of the Gods, and the angles downtown that make a shot unmistakably Colorado Springs.

What makes FPV different

Speed and proximity a standard drone can't match

FPV doesn't hover and orbit — it moves through your space the way a person would, just faster.

Local knowledge of Colorado Springs

Years flying this city means knowing the light, the wind patterns, and the backdrops that make footage look unmistakably local.

Built for how you'll actually use it

Every delivery is cut for social media first, your website second — not the other way around.

One pilot, start to finish

You talk to the person flying and editing your footage — not an account manager relaying notes.
